HI Warriors! Fall Reboot Time. Just like spring cleaning, fall is a great time to get back on track with your fitness and self-care.
The one thing I hear the most from clients, athletic friends and followers on my Flexible Warrior YouTube channel is… “I know I should stretch more, but I don’t have time”.
Sound familiar?
Another thing I always get requests for is MORE CORE 🙂
And… followers seem to be more and more interested in fast, simple ways to boost their nutrition without spending a ton of money or time in the kitchen.

I know lots of you are training for a fall marathon or are playing fall sports and your bodies are craving more self-care.
