My Approach
The Flexible Warrior approach is all about the balance between Willpower & Chillpower
Challenging yourself, getting a little out of your comfort zone and doing hard things will get you from where you are to where you want to be. Balancing that hard work out with “chillpower” to incorporate self-care, relaxation and recovery creates a sense of peaceful power, serene strength and calm control. Adding in anti-inflammatory superfoods, essential oils and self-care techniques will help you recover faster from your workouts, naturally boost your energy and improve your overall health and wellness. Although the goal isn’t necessarily to “lose weight” most of my clients easily drop extra pounds and feel better in their clothes while they also notice more energy and less aches and pains. These are just natural “side effects” when you follow the Flexible Warrior protocol.
