Strengthen your warrior spirit
We are all a warrior at some level! If you are a busy, athletic, type A who struggles to slow down and make time for self-care, this challenge will create more balance in your mind, body & spirit.
Feel more energized, calm & balanced
Imagine waking up in the morning feeling focused, calm and energized. You set your positive intentions, exercise, make a healthy breakfast and feel empowered to have a good day no matter what obstacles your encounter.
Get on the upward spiral
With all that’s going on in the world, it’s easy to get on a downward spiral, feeling overwhelmed and exhausted. This challenge will support positive warrior mindset, incorporating simple self-care practices to get on the upward spiral and be part of the positive ripple effect our world needs.
Let’s get on the upward spiral…
Week #1: We will create a strong foundation for transformation with empowering AM & PM riutals, stocking up on healing superfoods along with intention-settling warrior spirit yoga flow for inspiration & motivation.
Week #2: We’ll focus on gut health, reducing stress and increasing self-care to positively impact overall wellness. Our core power flow will support healthy digestion as well as strengthen the abs, low back and glutes.
Week #3: We’ll strengthen our warrior spirit with foods, thoughts and actions that increase prana (life force energy) and descrease toxins and stress. Our Yoga Cross Train will boost energy, strength and resilience. You’ll also have the option to add in a juices along with your smoothies, salads and soups to supercharge your reboot.
Week #4 We will find more balance between willpower & chillpower. We’ll continue fueling our minds and bodies with superfoods and self care as well as enjoy a yoga cross train to sweat, strengthen and stretch our minds and bodies. We will also take our yoga and self-care off of your mat and into your home and life. We’ll detox our toiletries and make up bag, declutter our closets and even create healthier boundaries in relationships.
