Spring is always a good time to switch it up! Lately I’m seriously craving a boost in my diet. Even though I’m a health coach and a yoga teacher, I get in a fitness funk every now and then too (usually in the winter).
Since this spring came extra late and we were literally bundling up and burning fires until May 16th, the need for a little spring cleaning is needed more than ever!
